本產(chǎn)品主要用于各種金屬、玻璃、真空電鍍、水電鍍、電泳、陽(yáng)極氧化鋁、電解板、鋁塑板、噴塑、噴粉、靜電噴漆面、烤漆面以及各種天花吊頂氧化板、鏡面板、覆膜板、輥涂板、尼龍加玻纖、三聚氰胺板,UV表面,木板烤漆面等等制品的絲印及移印。
2、產(chǎn)品特性：亮光、附著力佳、快干、耐沖壓。
3、稀釋劑：用我司B-03稀釋劑或783開油，用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗網(wǎng)版。
4、固化劑：?jiǎn)谓M份使用，也可選擇添加我司JS-10固化劑用于增加油墨附著力及物理化學(xué)抗性。
5、油墨調(diào)配方法：開罐先攪拌均勻，取所需量油墨稀釋到合適印刷粘度。如需添加固化劑，先加固化劑攪拌后靜置10分鐘，待油墨與固化劑交聯(lián)后再進(jìn)行稀釋。
6、干燥時(shí)間：常溫干燥，表干時(shí)間5-10分鐘，實(shí)干時(shí)間在24小時(shí)以內(nèi)，80℃烘烤20分鐘可快速干燥。
7、添加固化劑后的使用時(shí)限：4-6小時(shí)，過(guò)期請(qǐng)棄用，剩余油墨不可回收。

性能檢測(cè)
1、3M膠帶劃百格測(cè)試：無(wú)脫落
2、耐沖壓測(cè)試：1mm厚鋁板180°折彎無(wú)變化。
3、耐酒精測(cè)試：用脫脂棉沾濃度99%工業(yè)酒精以500G力水平來(lái)回200次無(wú)脫色。

注意事項(xiàng)
1、先小量試印確認(rèn)符合要求后再批量生產(chǎn)。
2、做好承印物的表面清除油脂及雜質(zhì)工作，以促進(jìn)附著效果。
3、附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化學(xué)品性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測(cè)，
需要固化后方可檢測(cè)。
4、未經(jīng)允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。
5、油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲(chǔ)存時(shí)嚴(yán)禁煙火。
6、使用時(shí)注意施工場(chǎng)所的通風(fēng)狀況良好，盡量避免皮膚直接接觸。
7、本品不慎濺入口、鼻、眼、耳內(nèi)，應(yīng)用大量水清洗或直接求助醫(yī)生。
